Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery normally takes 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier, customs processing and peak periods.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

Separate parcels

Orders containing several items may be fulfilled from different locations and can arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split into multiple parcels.

Address changes

Check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact support@onlyvisioncounts.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed once processing or fulfilment has started.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays and delivery issues

Carriers, customs, severe weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery window has passed, email support@onlyvisioncounts.com with your order number.
